I needed a shutoff replaced for the main water line and sent Steve a message. He replied right away and setup a time for next week. He came at the scheduled time and replaced the valve in a few minutes. He told us the price up front so no surprises there. We'll use him again if we have anymore plumbing issues.

Steve Burke is straightforward, personable, and a consummate professional. Nothing hidden, no surprises. Good, hard, and honest work. Reasonably priced. A guy you can trust in your house.
We had him work on our bathroom and had to hire another plumber to come and undo all the work he did. He didn't even finish the job. I asked him about sealing the bathroom fixtures to the wall tile and he said it wasn't necessary because when we turned the water on the fixture would pull flush to the wall. This didn't happen and we got water behind the wall. The plumber that came in to fix the work said the spout was installed incorrectly. Now the spout sits flush against the wall and it actually sealed. The baseboard was damaged in the closet where the access panel to the plumbing is stored. I couldn't believe what a poor job he did on absolutely everything. All of this and then charged us $450! The new plumber that came did exactly everything he did (only correctly) for $75!
