The Methuen company works as a general contractor across a wide span: building and remodeling, kitchens and baths, roofing and siding, decks, windows and doors, basements and additions, and accessory dwelling units. Its own portfolio backs the range rather than just listing it — a kitchen remodel in Medford, a bath remodel and a staircase installation in Methuen, hardwood flooring work, and composite deck and stair jobs over the state line in Newton, New Hampshire. Documenting eleven jobs with locations is more than most small outfits bother with, and it tells you the crew is genuinely working both sides of the Merrimack Valley border. The other half of the picture simply is not there yet: Houzz still shows the profile as open for its first review, so there is no customer voice to set against the photographs. So this is a reasonable call if the work you need looks like the work in that portfolio — a mid-size remodel, a deck, a staircase, a bathroom — and you are willing to do the checking that reviews would normally do for you. Ask for two or three recent customers you can actually phone, ask to see the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and current liability and workers' compensation certificates, and get the scope, schedule and payment milestones in writing before any deposit changes hands.
