Maine Housing Solutions has done several jobs for us this summer, and every one of them has gone the same way: prompt, communicative, and finished right. The big one was new insulated skirting on a 68 by 30 doublewide on a slab. That meant moving a large deck away from the house, tearing out all the old skirting, installing the new insulated skirting with two access points, relocating an outside electrical outlet so it would not penetrate the skirting, and putting the deck back where it belonged. Danny and Calvin did all of it in a single day. They cleaned up so thoroughly that by evening the only sign anyone had been here was the new skirting. On other visits they sealed up the underbelly, added an outside outlet at the front of the house, and replaced both the well pump and the bladder under the house. Danny and Julie kept us informed the whole way through, showed up when they said they would, and worked hard while they were here. The pricing was reasonable and worth every penny. We could not be happier with the work or the price, and we recommend them highly.

This was awsome. I called Monday talked to Julie again awsome lady. She took my info. With in 48 hrs the house issue was resolved. Not only that they took pictures of the work sent it to the inspector Julie kept me informed about the technician leaving, arriving and when the project was done. I fully recommend them.
