Stronghouse

Job went very smoothly. Added a skylight and replaced two others and replaced 5 roof surfaces. Cleanup was excellent. Job was completed in two days. Very happy with results.

Marshall Building has been a great experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was super. Whenever we had a question they contacted us immediately to get back to us. We replaced all our windows and the crew cleaned up as soon as they finished each window. The crew who replaced our front porch deck were neat also. The stone in the front bay windows is absolutely beautiful! I Included a before and after picture.

We hired Marshall Building & Remodeling to replace our roof approximately six years ago. Immediately after the installation, we noticed significant rippling/waviness in the asphalt shingles that becomes particularly obvious when sunlight hits the roof at certain angles. The attached photograph shows exactly what we have been looking at ever since. We contacted Marshall at the time and, to their credit, they sent a representative from the shingle manufacturer to inspect the roof. Unfortunately, nothing was done afterward. We made additional attempts to contact Marshall, both by telephone and in writing, but the problem was never resolved. Six years later, the rippling remains. I am writing this review now because Marshall is advertising 100% satisfaction and is now operating as part of Stronghouse. Stronghouse’s current website states that existing Marshall customers’ warranties remain in effect, including the Marshall workmanship warranty. I am not asking for the entire roof to be replaced. Solar panels now cover the problem on two other sections of the roof. I am simply asking Marshall/Stronghouse to inspect and properly address the defective-looking front section of the roof—the part that is plainly visible to everyone approaching our home. I would sincerely appreciate someone in management contacting me and finally resolving this matter.

Hope and pray you do not get on a call list with these people. I have been trying to get them to stop calling me FOUR TIMES A DAY FOR A MONTH! Extremely frustrating. If I wanted to hire you you would know by now.

We have used Marshall once to replace a roof several years ago and again as Stronghouse in June 2026 to replace 5 windows and a patio door. We received exceptional service from the initial evaluation to the completion of the job. We recently had a minor warranty issue and that was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Stronghouse to friends and family!
