Sullivan & Son

Based on web reviews, we trusted Sullivan & Son to guide us in replacing a damaged carpet section to match the existing carpet. However, the $800 estimate became a quote for a $3000 luxury brand carpet (Masland) that, when installed, was two sample-swatches lighter than the swatch from which we ordered; color varied from one part of the carpet to another depending on lighting; and it shows footprints when walked on. See photo. A color variance claim was denied by the manufacturer, based on comparing their roll to a scrap of the carpet they sent us rather than comparing to the swatch provided before ordering. None of these possible complications were explained to us in advance. The installation was excellent, though.

We are so grateful for responsiveness, and care, and professional Kristen & Brad showed throughout the entire process of carpeting our new home. Great work was done at my home. Customer service and attention to my needs was also great. However when I show my friends how nice my floor came out, I'm unfortunately reminded of a few uncomfortable comments made by a very talkative installer. Having an installer come into my home and be dismissive of the sales people's efforts and knowledge particularly the young lady who went beyond to help me I find very disturbing and quite frankly unprofessional . It's unfortunate but my friend who recommended me to Sullivans stated she also felt forced to conversate after we talked about my experience. I will recommend Sullivans for future projects but ,not that installer. He's been there half his life , I feel he should know better.

Every aspect was outstanding! Showroom person was great; installers were professional, friendly & efficient. Randy was a pleasure to do business with!!

Kristen was helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Carpet was well priced and the installation was well done. Highly recommend.
