His grandma lives on my street and his business does my neighbor's yard regularly. Two years ago, he took care of my yard without an issue. Then, last year, I had to chase after him for a response because he wasn't following up. Eventually, he took care of my yard once a month and did a clean-up but I'm having the same issue this year. I've followed up about 3 times a week yet he hasn’t gotten back to me while still taking care of my neighbor's yard regularly. I’m in poor health under the care of a physician. Do you think I’m in a position to chase after a landscaper to cut my grass, which is now over a foot high, because he hasn’t returned my call? It's absolutely unprofessional. I can't give him a good review until he fixes this behavior and I've already started telling my neighbors. If I were a man, would he have treated me differently?
