I reached out to Sullivan Handyman Services with an email and text. The business listing boasted about “excellent communication”, however it’s the furthest from the truth because I never received a response 😡 I now remember you Jeff, I reached out to you about a siding gable vent replacement. Jeff you refused to come out and look at the job being less then 3 miles from my home, instead you requested many photos of the job and became angry when I interrupted your electrical work that I was not even aware of what you were doing at the time. So I thought to myself if he is too lazy to stop by to look at the job then he is not the contractor for me. It would be out of my character to contact you 20 times in a small amount of time … this was over 2 plus years ago….I only know that I contacted you recently and you did not respond back. A simple “I’m not interested” is all that was needed! Anyway it worked out for the best because I hired another contractor and he charged me much less then your photo quote 😊
Jeff has done several projects at two different sites. All have required problem solving and creative solutions. He is a skilled, well equipped Craftsman who discusses the goal and suggests alternatives.
Best work ever!!! Jeff is the best!! I use him for everything I need!
Jeff goes above and in beyond in his craft. He installed 3 doors and a window for me. His work is nothing less than an exquisite masterpiece. He is patient, kind, affordable and really goes the extra mile to make the project absolutely perfect. Thanks Jeff ! Will hire again and again.
Jeff repaired and replaced portions of my deck making it nearly maintenance free. He made excellent suggestions, was extremely responsive to me via text messages, was on-time and hard-working. The finished project put a smile on my face. 😁 I can’t wait to enjoy years of outdoor fun!
