A recent customer said Tim and his crew replaced roofs on a home, a garage and two outbuildings, that the crew showed up early each day and finished with cleanup of roofing materials, and that the job was done with snow still on the ground. A recent customer said Tim was responsive from the estimate call for a roof replacement through the project and payment. A 2024 customer said the job scope was reduced when the chimney did not need new flashing, and the cost was taken off the final invoice. A 2020 customer said roof boards were replaced as needed and the roof still looked like new a year later. A 2017 customer said the crew handled a 150-year-old house with no square angles through a big snow storm in the middle of the job. A 2014 customer said Tim contracted new roofs on a house and garage in Freeport, waited through a closing date that was pushed back several times, and gave a quote that was competitive against three others. A 2025 customer said a roof Tim put on leaked within months, that a new roofer had to replace a foot of wood along the back of the home, and that they sued his insurance and got their money back. A 2017 customer said the work got done with mistakes and that they could not get him back for repairs on the roof later.
