When our sun porch sprung an unexpected leak, Dylan and his crew made quick work of fixing the problem. They were there within days with materials and the day after that to complete the work. When I suspected an issue, Dylan showed up promptly, addressed my concern with professionalism and didn't leave until we felt comfortable it had been addressed. It had nothing to do with his work, but he still helped to rectify it! Couldn't have had a better experience
Austin Hendsbee & Sons has completed several major projects on our home, including roofing, siding, window installation, and a new deck. We have been extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and the finished results. The crew is knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and pays close attention to detail. Each project was completed with a focus on both quality and appearance, and the work has completely transformed the exterior of our home. From start to finish, communication was great and the entire process was handled professionally. I would highly recommend Austin Hendsbee & Sons to anyone looking for quality roofing, siding, windows, decking, or other home improvement work.
Terrible.
This outfit had to redo or touch up every part of the poor construction for my project. They did not get permit until forced to by town official. They had to rebuild roof construction as they installed one at the wrong pitch so it did not match existing roof until replaced. They had to rebuild front porch because they did not first build agreed upon size. They continually left my place a mess. The siding and painting had to be touched up and/or repaired because of bad work. The garage door handle came off in my hand although they say they will fix. What they will not fix is the newly built closet they installed that completely collapsed after putting hanging clothes in leaving me with a mess. I really tried to work with these people hoping they would do a good job. They were a month late in completing construction, poor quality construction and very poor communication They really need a manager on the job site daily to prevent a lot of these mistakes
Extremely efficient and knowledgeable management and crew. Friendly, personable, conscientious - alerted us to a matter that needed attention and was able to connect us with a local expert. Even said hello to our curious kitty cat. :) We are very pleased with the outcome and will use Austin Hendsbee & Sons for future projects.
