Summit Fence

Shane & his team were absolute rock stars! We live in Belchertown, which is Notorious for rock. I was home a few of the days, while they were doing the installation and they definitely had their work cut out for them with all of the rock. Also absolutely NO shade in our backyard. I honestly never even saw them take a break. They even took the time to give our dogs some attention, which meant a lot. We are very happy with our fence. I would definitely recommend Shane & his team. I would give more stars, if I could.

We contacted Shane @ Summit Fence. We spoke about what we wanted Shane was very helpful in helping us to decide what we needed. From the consultation to Installation was about two weeks. They called to set up the date and time, it was quick one to two days . They came set it up and took care of any debris it was perfect. The price was resonable priced. Thank you Shane and your team. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the job.

Shane came out for the estimate and gave a time line of a week to get the quote out, weeks later after several different approaches of contacting Shane I never heard back. Job had no immediate rush due to waiting on a surveyor but hopes were let down when the customer was given a time line to hear back with no response.

This was an incredibly positive experience! Shane is professional, responsive, and does great, accurate work. He kept in touch and took the time to answer all my questions as I was deciding on whether or not to go with Summit Fence. Very fair on pricing, too. The materials were good quality and the split rail fence looked great - very straight and even and well below the frost line so I don't anticipate any future problems. Shane even came back a few days later to make an adjustment at no additional charge. Can't ask for a better experience with a fence company. Will definitely use Summit Fence again, highly recommended!
