Our roof was leaking into the laundry room. I reached out to Summit and Carlos was very quick to respond to our request for an estimate. Very reasonable and affordable estimate. The quality of workmanship, the speed at which the work was completed and the clean up was above and beyond. Timely, courteous, respectful and very professional. Highly recommend!!

No other company did an extensive inspection like Carlos did climbing in the attic, checking under the vinyl siding for the intake air vents and using his drone as well. No other company came close!

Carlos was Very Responsive on a Friday Night at 10 pm. I was so surprised that he got back to me Immediately and set up a Saturday meeting to inspect the roof when all the other Companies i checked said see you next week. Im impressed and Summit has a Great Factory Warranty as well!! Well done Summit!! Carlos Came out on a Saturday when all the other roofing companies would NOT and Cllimbed up on the Roof and also Went up inside the Attic through the very small hole and inspected the entire roof and was able to tell me everything the roof and the Roof ventilation system would need to fix everything. Carlos was Great, I couldn't Ask for Better Service. Carlos was Top Notch A+++. They Scheduled the New Roof Installation With All Owen's Corning Duration Shingles and upgraded WeatherLock Ice and Water Shield roof edge guard Owens Starter Strip, Deck Defense water proof barrier, upgraded Breathe Vent Sure Ridge vent and Black Metal Drip Edge plus Fixing Our Bathroom Fan vents to go up through the roof instead of venting into the Attic. They will tarp the entire work zone to prevent any damage to the house or shrubry for an easy No Trace complete clean up!! Well Done Summit Home Solutions!! Thank You!! Gary

They installed new siding and wrapped all the windows and trim in metal, and the results are outstanding.
