I had Jay and Z Construction do a walk, huge patio and landing on our new home. Because it was a new home being built it was time sensitive as he had to work within our schedule and more importantly the builders. It was done with time to spare and came out great.

We had a great roof experience at our home in Gorham with Z construction! Jonathan and his crew are a professional, hard working and very efficient team. These guys communicated very well together and worked like a well oiled machine replacing our 23 year old roof. Fun to watch this team in action. I recommend Jonathan and his crew. Thank you guys!!

Jay and his crew recently completed the biggest project I’ve ever done on my house - new siding, doors, windows and interior trim, and steps, and I’m very satisfied with how my whole project went. From initial contact through completing the work, all of his communication was clear and timely. The work was completed earlier and faster than anticipated and the quality of the work appears to be excellent. Given the age of this house and the unknowns, I was happy that the one surprise we had was only an additional $1200 to address (on a $50k budget). Jay will be the first I call for my next project.
