Sunrun Solar NH’s Salem office has a small written track record, and it splits in two very different directions. Two Google reviewers from 2023 and 2024 said their solar systems cut electric bills roughly in half, but Google also shows 2.6 stars from five ratings, with the complaints centered less on the equipment than on how the company tried to sell it. The upside is straightforward. In an August 2024 Google review, a homeowner said summer bills dropped from about $360 to less than half after working with Michael, and in a June 2023 review another customer said the system had been installed quickly and was saving about 50 percent a month after a year of use. The harder part to ignore is the sales experience. A February 2026 reviewer complained about door-to-door canvassing despite a no-soliciting sign, and a September 2024 shopper said Sunrun’s quote came in two to three times higher than other options and that follow-up continued after they said no, including a manager showing up at the house. That leaves this as a quote-you-compare solar company, not one to hire off a doorstep pitch.
