Sunspace by Sunrise Sunrooms puts up Sunspace sunrooms. On HomeAdvisor the company says it was established in 1978 and that it sells and installs Sunspace Sunrooms only rather than stick-building them. Its website lists screen rooms, WeatherMaster windows and doors, patio covers and porch enclosures, and names a service area from Portland and Scarborough up to Brunswick and Harpswell. A 2025 customer said the project added a sunroom on an existing deck, and that the people doing the construction kept a clean and organized workspace. A 2025 customer said they were able to salvage the composite deck and reposition it next to the new sunroom, and recommended Ken and his crew. A 2025 customer who was pleased with the sunroom said the project started 3 months later than originally scheduled, and that communication with the owner of the franchise was not as frequent or informative as they wanted. That 2025 customer said minor damage to the original siding and to the sunroom itself was noticed on completion, and that they would still hire them again. A 2025 customer said the gutters on the sunroom quickly filled with debris and were very difficult to clean.
I love my Sunspace sunroom. The only thing I am not happy about are the gutters. They quickly fill up with debris and are very difficult to clean. I have been unable to find a screening system that is compatible with this gutter system.
The project involved adding a sunroom on an existing deck. The individuals doing the construction were professional and maintained a clean and organized workspace. We are very happy with the completed project and would not hesitate to recommend this company and product. Extremely impressed with the workers.
We are pleased with our sunroom. The workmen were considerate, polite, and friendly. They did tolerate the occasional visit by our small friendly dog. The job site was kept pretty clean. We would hire them again. The project did start 3 months later than was originally scheduled. Communication between the owner of the franchise, and the customer was not as frequent or as informative as we would have liked. There was some minor damage to our original siding, and to the sunroom itself, which was noticed upon completion of the project. The damage was too minor for us to complain about, but it was present. The equipment used during the project destroyed the grass, but it may have been unrealistic to expect otherwise. The project was not perfect, but we are happy, and would hire them again.
We are very pleased with the construction & quality of our sunroom. They were able to salvage our composite deck reposition it adjacent to the new sunroom. I can find nothing negative to say about the job they did and fully recommend Ken and his crew.
great job easy to work with.
