We hired Sunview for a bulkhead and leak evaluation along with patchwork. While on site, they attempted to upsell significant footing work, claiming it was the cause of the water intrusion, which we later found on our own to be a cracked kitchen pipe. We did not proceed with the upsell, but the original patchwork was also subpar. Over the past 12 months, I've reached out 4–5 times and was repeatedly told someone would return to fix it, but no one ever did. Extremely unreliable. Do not use this company.

This company has ghosted us after doing unpermitted work on our home in West Roxbury. They agreed to fix it but they’re not answering their phones or responding to emails. Do not use this company.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sunview Masonry and Construction. They built a new chimney in my home, and I trusted them to do the job right. But according to the city inspector, the chimney wasn’t up to code and they never even got a city permit! Because of their negligence, my house caught on fire when I used the chimney. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. Thank God no one got hurt and my insurance was able to cover the damage, but this should have never happened. I feel completely betrayed by this company. They were supposed to make my home safer — not put my family in danger. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Always double-check for permits and inspections before trusting anyone with your home.

Sunview masonry and construction come out and do a repair on our lead flashing to prevent water coming in around are lead work flashing. The guys were excellent and professional done a exceptional job. Daniel and his crew made sure that we were satisfied with all the work that was done.
