I called Super K Electric to ask for a quote for electrical work. The call center operative who answered was incredibly curt and unhelpful, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and at $220/hr, the price reflected that.

I reached out to K Electric about a doorbell that had been broken since we moved into our house. Instead of scheduling an immediate visit, he generously spent time on the phone walking me through what might be wrong and how to troubleshoot it, all without charging me or needing to come out. His advice worked, and I was able to repair it myself! I was really impressed by his honesty, patience, and willingness to help. We’ll absolutely be using him for any future electrical projects. Highly recommend!
