Marcelo is the name customers use, for better and worse. The 2026 reviews pull both ways. A June 2026 Thumbtack reviewer said their project started last October and still had not been completed, calling Marcelo unreliable and full of excuses, and a July 2026 reviewer said the price quoted at the pool visit changed a week later when they tried to book. A June 2026 customer gave four stars while noting communication was not great and the job took longer than requested. On the other side, a June 2026 Google reviewer said the company kept up cleaning the pool, made interim visits after storms and handled the opening and closing. A November 2025 customer had a kitchen backsplash tiled, appliances installed and wainscoting and trim added. An October 2023 pool remodel customer said the workers cleaned up after themselves each night. The company says it has been in business 25 years and offers free estimates.
