Susan Bridge did again to rent out my rental property in one month. I was worried to find a right tenant , also too early for the rental season. Her work like the magic, flowed nicely to meet the mother and daughter. They moved in a week ago. Susan’s talent and professional skill are more than my expectation. My old house was sold 10 months ago by Susan as well. That was my first time to meet Susan. She is warm, friendly and easy to work with. I loved working with Susan. My father passed suddenly and without a will. We needed to sell his home while also waiting on the courts to assign me as Personal Representative.
