Susie Q Green Cleaning Service is a house cleaning service with a 3.4-star Google average from five ratings. In July 2023 a one-star Google reviewer wrote that they scheduled a Saturday morning cleaning and paid a deposit, and the service cancelled on the morning of the appointment. The reviewer said the deposit was promised back but never returned, that 20 calls to the main number went unanswered, and that a woman from the company who replied to some texts offered excuses.
DO NOT use this cleaning service. Called them up and scheduled a cleaning for saturday morning. They took my deposit, then on the morning of the scheduled cleaning they cancelled. Said they would return my deposit but never did. I called the main number 20 times and never received an answer, and now it doesn't ring so I'm sure i was blocked. One of the women has responded to some of my texts but just comes up with excuses and says she will "call the owner".
