Absolutely THE WORST company I have dealt with. Three months after template taken of my kitchen table and promises of when it would come in, I was told on 9/2/25 that it would be here in two weeks. Today, 9/29/25 I called to which the owner, John who I talked to on 9/2/25, could not recollect the conversation. When I said, "John, it has been three months", he replied, "Pamela, I am a very busy company, go somewhere else" and hung up. I will no question be reporting this company to the BBB. If you need glass, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here.

Didn't do what I needed

Called in to get an estimate for a cracked glass on a double hung window. The old guy that answered had the worst attitude. You know the type, they talk to you like you are inconveniencing them by wanting to give them business. He actually got upset that I thought they only did Auto glass (like it states on Google). I explained to him that I had the window pane removed and could bring it to him and he made every excuse to not let that happen, and proceeded to rudely lecture me about how the window was built. I told him I just need an estimate, gave him the measurements and needed to know how long it would be to get the glass replaced and he took offense to that and responded with an angry tone. I finally had enough, told him I was going with another company, and hung up on him. Swampscott Glass, that guy just made you lose business. Either get that guy some customer service training or get someone in that position with customer service training. Doesn't matter how long you've been in business, it's not normal for a potential customer looking for a service to be met with rude aggression. Good luck in the future you're going to need it with people like that working for you.
