Rafaelitos Landscaping & Masonry

One reason a May 2025 customer picked Rafaelitos: the owner was on the job himself, working alongside the two landscapers he brought, not just directing them. Rafael runs this Lynn company, and by its own site it covers landscaping, masonry and hardscape work — retaining walls, patios, fencing, driveways and concrete. Most people call for the yard. Spring and fall cleanups, mowing, edging, mulch beds, shrub and tree trimming: a June 2026 customer was happy with bushes and mulch beds, and a May 2026 customer had steps and a walkway power washed, the lawn edged, and leaves and sticks cleared out. Two customers describe moving onto a standing schedule after the first visit — every two weeks in a July 2025 review, every other week after an April 2025 spring cleanup. Winter is where the response time shows. A February 2026 homeowner who needed snow gone says Rafael answered within minutes and had the property cleared in two hours. In March 2026, a customer had snow and a large ice dam taken off a roof and called the price fair. An Angi reviewer in April 2026 says the crew came within a few days in very cold weather and followed up afterward to ask whether anything else was needed. The masonry and paving half is easy to miss. A May 2025 review describes front and side steps, and a blacktopped front walk. Two May 2026 reviews written in Spanish describe a fence installation and asphalt paving, both finished with attention to detail. One March 2026 customer mentions something few contractors bother with: he sends video of the finished work. If you are hiring for steps, a driveway or a wall rather than a cleanup, ask to see a recent job like yours — video already comes with the work — and get the price and the number of days in writing. For recurring lawn care and cleanups around Lynn, and for storm and snow work where getting someone out fast is the whole point, this is a straightforward call.
