Great customer service. When I first inquired about getting a security system, the team was very helpful and answered all my questions. They came as soon as they were able to install the system, and I had a short window before going on vacation to get the system set up. Whenever I seem to have technical difficulties, I get a text back and the problem is fixed very promptly. I feel more at ease in my own home, being a single mom with two kids. I have peace of mind when I am not home being able to set the alarm and be alerted if need be.
