Our sales professional Anthony Ball was top knotch and the install team was a pleasure to work with.After the initial visit where we received a basic lesson about ductless systems we felt secure in purchasing a high quality Mitsubishi heat-a/c system. Days later Anthony was sure to return to introduce my wife and I to Andrew and the B&L team as they put on a virtual show of professionalism installing our new system. Presentation was neat and clean. Friendly and willing to answer any questions was our first clue that we had invested wisely to enhance our home. The day and half install culminated with our new system using little effort to easily keep the warmest most humid days of the year at bay. We highly recommend this business. Our original installer 6 yrs ago mislead us yr after yr. Ethan came, diagnosised the issue and the next day Jared, Tristin, Ethan #1, Andrew and Ethan #2 resolved all the issues. Professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Lisa the office manager was exceptional. Pleasant and very helpful. She is in constant communication with customers and the team out in the field. We received phone calls, text and emails with appts, arrival windows, pricing and then we asked for our bill and it was sent. Very impressive. She's an asset to this business. They also do plumbing. Beyond a doubt we would use them if needed. Kyle the owner is dedicated to delivering prompt service, reasonable pricing and the BEST team of dedicated professionals. This is our second heat pump and mini-splits installation with B&L, and they're still great! 5 stars all the way around, from office to cleanup. Their price was better than competitors, the work was very efficient, kept the place clean as possible and cleaned up after their work, tested the system and gave us instructions, all with courtesy and respect. In and done in less than a day.
