Both were written in 2022, both by homeowners caught mid-job, and both describe the same sequence: money paid up front, then the work stopped. A homeowner writing in June 2022 said she was left with a half-done bathroom and living-room flooring job and hundreds of pounds of building trash in her yard for over two months, after paying in advance for the work and supplies. The other account, posted in February 2022 and updated that June, said a remodel begun in October 2021 was never finished — no shower, no kitchen cabinets, no countertops — and that more than $5,000 handed over to buy appliances was never returned. Both describe weeks of unanswered calls and texts, and one mentions six large tires left behind a shed. The company presents itself very differently. Its Houzz page calls it a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience, runs a list of 50 services from kitchen and bath remodels through masonry to koi ponds, quotes a job range of $500 to $500,000, and claims 26 towns stretching from Chelmsford through Lowell and Methuen into Pelham and Nashua, New Hampshire. Seven projects are shown against that. Its written history is dated and narrow: two accounts, one platform, both four years old, with nothing on the other side of the ledger. That is thin ground for a verdict, and it cuts both ways — the complaints are old, but they were never answered and nothing since has replaced them. If you are considering this company, the questions write themselves. Ask for addresses of jobs finished in the last twelve months and call those homeowners. Tie every payment to completed, inspected work, and do not hand over money for materials in advance — that is precisely what both 2022 homeowners said they did.
