Fast and efficient
Recently, my uncle's former roommate had issues with the furnace and was told it would need to be replaced. Tad made sure there was a CO meter installed to monitor the situation and also provided instructions on how to use the furnace during the day and portable heaters at night. As soon as I was alerted to the situation, I worked with Megan, his office manager, to arrange payment and Tad was able to get the furnace installed the next day. THE NEXT DAY!! WOW!!!! While it was a pretty stressful situation, Megan was beyond helpful and Tad offered to call my uncle's former roommate to help put her at ease and reduce risk by not plugging in 6 portable heaters at the same time. TAP is professional and go above and beyond to help - and we are very grateful. We would highly recommend their services. We can't thank Tad and Megan enough for their help.
Phone number no longer in service, they may not be open anymore.
