Efficient Air did an excellent A+ job removing and replacing our old oil furnace with a brand new propane heating system that functions perfectly. Extremely hard working and definitely beyond knowledgeable in his profession, we are very pleased.
Do not hire this company!!! Completely incompetent and unprofessional. I'm absolutely appalled by the treatment I received when calling to discuss the problems that started after having our furnace cleaned by them. They left furnace left running poorly, emitting combustion gases and wasting fuel, and passed off what turned out to be a thermostat issue as a frozen pipe. Left me and my young son in a lurch on the coldest day of the year, hanging up on me and telling me never to call again. Completely unacceptable! I'm reporting to Community Concepts that referred this company for a cleaning, and I'm reporting to the better Business bureau. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
