Had a problem with rats and mice, and Joe handled it quickly and professionally. From the first phone call to the follow-up visit, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the issue. Always takes the time to explain what he is doing, sealed off entry points, and made sure everything was safe.
