Ricky provides excellent service! He always takes the time to call ahead to make sure my pets are safely secured before arriving to perform the service. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness, consideration, and professionalism. It’s reassuring to have someone who cares about the safety of my pets while making are safe.

I use Terminix for my pest control service, and I really like their system of quarterly treatments with the option to request additional service in between visits. Whenever I need extra service, I call Ricky, and he takes care of scheduling it. What I appreciate most is the thorough inspection. Ricky takes the time to investigate, find the source of the problem, and address it rather than just treating the symptoms. He is reliable, thorough, and always gets the situation resolved. I’m very pleased with the service Ricky provides and appreciate his commitment to making sure the job is done right. I highly recommend Terminix and Ricky for their excellent customer service and attention to detail!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ricky from Terminix was absolutely amazing! I was very concerned because woodpeckers were pecking at my house, and I thought they were tearing it apart looking for bugs. Ricky took the time to explain the situation and even told me where I could purchase woodpecker deterrent chimes to help protect my home. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Ricky truly cares about his customers, and his advice was extremely helpful. Ricky is the best! I highly recommend him and Terminix in Westport, Connecticut!
