A technician explaining bait traps and spotting a wasp nest the customer had missed: that is how one June 2026 Google reviewer described Terminix's service. The reviewer said the company was going to address the nest, too. Terminix's Webster location is on Thompson Road, and its website advertises general pest control, including ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, mosquitoes and rodents. The company also advertises free estimates and names Agawam, Amherst, Auburn and Belchertown among its service-area towns. Google lists 4.7 stars from 657 ratings. A July reviewer described regular service for pests and mice, including checking rafters for wasps. Another customer said a representative answered all their service questions and the technician called the day before the visit to confirm the date and time. That customer described the technician as polite to their husband and quick on the day of service. An August reviewer praised Shannon Ouellette's professionalism, politeness and knowledge. In a January 2026 review, a customer said Max Aker explained what he was doing and identified where mice were coming into the home. In a May 2024 r/Springfield comment, a Reddit user warned that Terminix and Orkin wanted customers to sign contracts so they could keep returning and collecting money, and said those contracts were difficult to cancel.
