TF Andrew - Carpet One Floor & Home

Impossible to get in touch with after install. I have tried four times now to order extra flooring for the floors I had installed. I have also had a few issues with the floor that I need addressed. I have been told four times now that they will call me back. There is no email to get in touch. Super frustrating. New Rochelle Location

Buyer Beware! I purchased LVT flooring from TF Andrews and had a very bad experience with them. The first issue was with the sales rep who assured me that the tile I selected came in the size I wanted. I found out she was totally wrong on that when the agent came to measure the floor. I then pivoted to a different size tile and gave the floor measurer the pattern I wanted the tile installed. Subsequently I found out that the tile couldn't be installed in my desired pattern when the installer was onsite with the materials. So I now have a floor in a size tile that I didn't want and in a pattern that I don't like. The worst part is that I brought this to TF Andrew's management attention but they didn't respond or try to make thing right. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from them.
