I could not recommend Luis and his awesome crew more - they are doing an amazing job on our floors, they look beautiful! They are refinishing the hardwood floors in multiple rooms of the house and did a repair on a long section of flooring in the living room that is now unnoticeable. They are reasonably priced, professional, reliable, and thorough. He was referred to us by our real estate agent and all of her recs so far have been impeccable. He came out to inspect and gave us a free estimate, and scheduling the work could not have been easier. Hire him - you won't regret it!!
Amazing experience with this flooring team! From consultation to completion, they were professional, adaptable, and full of great recommendations for restoring our hardwood floors and replacing basement carpeting with luxury vinyl flooring. The transformation is incredible & completely changed the feel of our new home. Highly recommend!
L&M did a phenomenal job on our floors! Their quality of work is top-notch and their price is very reasonable. I was amazed with how quickly they were able to start and finish the job. Would highly recommend!!
We recently hired L&M Wood Floors LLC to refinish the hardwood floors throughout our home, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and stairs. The results are absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing was extremely fair. Our old floors suffered from severe scratches and discoloration, but the crew completely brought them back to life. Every morning, the team arrived on time, professional, and friendly. I was especially impressed by their dust containment system—there was barely any traceable dust left behind! The project was completed exactly on schedule and within the initial quote. We highly recommend L&M Wood Floors! While we unfortunately forgot to take "before" photos to show the dramatic transformation, here are a few "after" photos of their beautiful work.
Luis and his team did an excellent job on my floors. They were in terrible condition, but after sanding and staining, they look brand new. I chose a stain color that was one shade lighter than Chestnut, and it turned out perfect—not too dark and not too light. They also removed the ceramic tile in my kitchen and installed hardwood flooring, creating a seamless transition with the rest of the house. I especially appreciated their punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Luis ordered materials ahead of time and was able to start the project quickly when I needed it done. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Luis and his team.
