The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

New gutters, guards and the fascia behind them feature in customer accounts of The Brothers That Just Do Gutters' Manchester-area location. Its website identifies Mike Manni as the owner and a Marine Corps veteran, with the business based in Goffstown, New Hampshire. The company says it serves Manchester, Portsmouth and Concord and offers seamless gutters, gutter guards, repairs and cleaning. A June 2026 Google reviewer described choosing gutter colors and installation locations with Mr. Caplette, receiving a quote and a three-week scheduling estimate, then having Jason and Sal install the new gutters within two hours on the appointed day. Another June reviewer said Alexander and the team installed larger gutters with covers following Dicky's recommendation. A July reviewer credited Jason and Sal with adding a leaf guard to an existing gutter and installing a rain barrel, praising text messages and accurate arrival-window information. The work also includes cleaning and fascia replacement. A May 2026 reviewer thanked Tyler for cleaning the gutters and fitting the job into the schedule promptly. An April reviewer said the crew replaced gutters and rotted fascia that had allowed cold air into upstairs bedrooms; afterward, the customer reported less heat loss and working gutters. In a September 2025 review, a customer credited Bryanna and Tom's work with stopping rain-related basement flooding. These are customers' descriptions of their own results. Google reports 4.9 stars from 106 ratings, while BBB lists an A+ grade and accreditation. Recent customers describe clear estimates and communication: a June HomeAdvisor reviewer said the estimate was explained, questions were answered and the crew chief walked through the installation steps. An August Google reviewer described a quick installation without overselling. There are also specific complaints. In January 2026, a Google reviewer reported worse leaks after replacement, heat wire removed and not replaced, disturbed Christmas lights and debris left behind. A June reviewer liked the new gutters but said the crew forgot to reconnect an HVAC drip tube to the downspout. In an April 2025 Amherst Nextdoor comment, someone described “brother gutters or name like that” as clean, good-quality work but a little pricey; the commenter was uncertain of the business name.
