Only bagged trash is allowed? “No bulk trash” is completely unreasonable. I have never heard of a trash dumpster service refusing all bulk items. This policy needs to be changed. Do better.
Terrible drivers
Please consider this a strong caution regarding salesman Patrick Fitzgerald's for waste management and dumpster rental services. My recent experience highlighted significant unreliability and unmet commitments, leading to substantial business disruption, project delays, and financial strain. I advise against engaging his services.
My trash was not picked up as scheduled this week so I called. They said, we will be there tomorrow, no problem that’s fine. The next day comes but they don’t tell me they are coming at 6:30am, so my truck wasn’t moved. They normally don’t come that early. I call again, this time I talk to a receptionist Maggie. She instantly had an attitude and was very condescending. She said they were here but was blocked. I asked when the next time they would be here would be? She said Monday really rudely and hung up. I called back to speak with her manager and right off the rip this guy was defensive and claimed Maggie was not being rude, which she was. I also could tell that this guy was getting ready to be rude himself but was holding back because I was speaking calmly to him. I felt like I was dealing with two rude teenagers who never grew up. I will be discontinuing my subscription asap. This is ridiculous behavior from a business, very un professional. I don’t recommend dealing with these people
Driving on 93S behind ur trash truck and trash just flying out of truck. I called and person who answered phone told me to speak English. Maybe think about using this company. From the looks of it I'm not the only one discriminated against
