Ten days from search to dream home — that's what one client reported in October 2025, and speed with a lot of hand-holding is the pattern across what The North Shore and More Team's clients write. It's a two-name partnership, Andrew Schweihs and Xavier, working across Massachusetts under the eXp brokerage banner, and the team says it has done more than $50 million in sales volume across 100-plus clients. Investment buyers get the most detailed accounts. A May 2026 client walked through the whole arc of an investment property acquisition with Andrew: scouting, cost-benefit analysis, bid strategy, the winning offer, then mortgage options, negotiation and a recommended closing attorney. An April 2026 buyer said Xavier helped them land a first home and an investment property, and has kept sending market updates and helping with lease agreements since the purchase. On the sell side, a November 2025 client described selling a family home in the spring and then buying a condo with the same pair, calling them "aggressive (in the best possible way)" on both ends. An April 2026 buyer with an unusual property credited the team's market analysis for producing a valuation on something hard to comp. Two things worth pinning down. The team's own site claims "40+ 5 Star Reviews" while its Google profile carries 17 ratings — the marketing figure counts something wider than what's publicly visible, so ask what it includes. And the team markets a Marblehead presence while its site lists an office at 100 Conifer Hill Road in Danvers, so confirm where you'd actually meet. All 17 Google ratings are five stars with no dissenting account, though the bodies read as real: they run 2021 through 2026, vary widely in length, name both partners separately, and several come from repeat clients. One of them describes an area tour rather than a completed transaction. If you're buying an investment property or need someone to move a deal fast, this is a reasonable call — ask which partner will be your day-to-day contact.
