We engaged The Settler group to help my parents move from their home in Queens, NYC to a retirement community in the Nashville, TN area where I live. From my first interaction with the team I was blown away! They were straightforward about what the process out entail and estimates costs. They did not push any additional unnecessary services and were incredibly patient with our “fluid” timeline. Once Lisa Cassidy came into the mix I literally did not have to think about anything! She was 3 steps ahead and so incredibly kind. At least 3 occasions I told her she was also acting as my therapist! To say this move could not have happened without Lisa and her team is the understatement of the century! I will be forever grateful to Lisa and the Settler group for their help!
