One customer, four years into using the company, says Gabe is "always quick to respond" whether it's a broken head or a full controller swap -- in that same 2025 review, he describes Gabe walking him through a Rain Bird ESP-TM2 controller upgrade at what he called a fair price. Another 2025 review describes a repair where "Mr. Federico was friendly and responsive," methodically tracing a wiring fault back through a tangle of buried cable until every zone worked again, and squeezing in a head move for a concurrent patio job while he was there. Not every account is spotless: in a March 2026 review, a customer said the seasonal shutdown was "basically done right," but one misaligned head -- spraying the driveway instead of the lawn -- was left to fix when the system reopens in spring rather than corrected on the spot. The company lists backflow repair, sprinkler installation and repair, spring start-up, winterization, and hardscape work like patios and landscape lighting, and says it's a member of the Irrigation Association of New England and a certified Irrigreen installer. It's explicit that backflow work is handled in-house rather than farmed out to a plumber. Between its own site and its two directory profiles, the tenure claim wobbles slightly -- 30-plus years on the company's site, 28 on Angi and HomeAdvisor -- worth a quick question if the exact history matters to you. Otherwise, this reads like a company built for the yearly rhythm of an irrigation system: startup, a mid-season fix if something breaks, and a proper winterization before the freeze, with the same name, Gabe, showing up on most of the reviews.
