That kind of standing relationship shows up throughout the years - in a 2025 review, one owner who checked around Provincetown before choosing The Steam Guys in 2019 wrote the team is someone they "can always count on... to work with us on any problems that come up," and another 2025 review describes six straight years turning over the same condo. The steam-cleaning side has its own specific wins: this year, three worn couches and a staircase came back looking new before renters arrived, and a 2023 review credits the crew with clearing five years of grime from a retail space in a single day. Car interiors get the same treatment - 2022 and 2024 reviews both describe vehicles detailed to look like the day they were bought. Pricing draws its own mentions too: a recent review highlights an estimate that held with "no extra charges, no upsells, and no surprises," and a 2022 review called the company more reasonable than a competitor in Wellfleet. The one sour note is older: a 2021 review from an innkeeper describes a turnover-cleaning arrangement that fell apart before it started - a late arrival, no crew that day, and the company backing out over a last-minute schedule change, with keys left in a mailbox.
