A rental property customer writing in July 2025 said they often received compliments on the property's cleanliness thanks to The Steam Guys. Living away from the rental, that customer valued a team they could trust to arrive on time and clean reliably. The Provincetown business says it serves Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet, has been in business for 10 years, and offers house cleaning, carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, and car detailing. Rental turnover cleaning brings repeat customers. In August 2025, one condo customer said the company had handled turnovers for six years. A July 2025 reviewer described cottages that were cleaned every week and said the team was easy to reach when the rental schedule changed. More recently, a June 2026 customer named Jordan and Ivan, praised their turnover cleaning, and said they also helped with small indoor tasks when the customer was away. Steam cleaning has its own customer descriptions. In August 2026, a customer with tight time restrictions needed three couches and the stairs to the second floor cleaned before renters arrived. They said the dirty, worn couches looked good after steam cleaning. A June 2026 steam-cleaning customer said Jordan arrived at the scheduled time and that the quoted price was the final price, with no extra charges or upselling. In March 2025, a customer described house cleaning and carpet steaming. A June 2022 reviewer said cleaning the stair carpet left it looking almost new. The work also includes cars: an April 2024 customer praised the result inside and out, and a June 2022 customer described cleaning two vehicles. Another April 2024 reviewer said the crew accommodated a request to work without bleach because of nearby trees and flowers. An August 2021 inn operator described a failed start to turnover service. After agreeing on a price and scope with one partner, the operator said another partner arrived half an hour late for a meeting and promised to return with a crew. Later that day, the company returned the keys and declined the work because a guest had extended their stay. The operator said this left five rooms to turn over after the existing staff had already been released for the day.
