Google lists a 5-star average from 111 ratings. Recent accounts describe short-notice pickups. A May 2026 customer had an old dishwasher collected on a day's notice and called the price fair. An April reviewer also described next-day service, with everything taken away and cleanup afterward. Another April customer said they were lucky to have old furniture picked up in less than 30 minutes. In July, a customer who called at 9:30 a.m. said Brian initially offered to try for that day, called a couple of hours later to say the team would be over within the hour, and the team then arrived and hauled the items away. These were individual customer experiences, with the July account preserving Brian's initial qualification about availability. Larger jobs feature in older accounts. In an April 2025 review, a customer described a house that needed clearing before a closing: the team arrived at 9 a.m., removed three truckloads and finished two and a half hours later.
