Thomas and Lord built us a beautiful home on the ocean! They were a pleasure to work with and their subcontractors were top of the line. It was a very collaborative experience to make the many choices that go into building a home. The project manager, Andy, was knowledgable and professional. The custom millwork throughout the home is what is unique to a Thomas and Lord build and we were thrilled with the outcome!
Thomas and lord built our 7500 sq ft home. Every trade worked with care and pride. From those involved with infrastructure as well as carpentry, cabinet making, Electrical, Mechanical; all ensured a perfect product. T and L coordinated seamlessly with the architect and design team and made any progress changes by the owners easy and with proper input. The end result continues to result in amazingly positive comments along with more than a couple of industry magazine features. We have had the pleasure of their expertise in several other, smaller projects in other properties that we have been involved with. The attention to detail regardless of how small or involved the project might be is perfect. All experiences with Thomas and Lord have been wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any construction project. John S Mills
