As a first-time home buyer, the process was completely new to me, but Jamie was knowledgeable, helpful, and walked me through every step along the way. She helped me put together a strong offer and was always available to answer questions and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. This review is for Justin Brown specifically. He was helpful in securing us a rental, but in the end he put us in a horrible situation. After paying a large sum of money (a whole month’s worth of rent just as a “broker fee”) we signed a lease. On the lease it was stated that we had one dog and one cat in our rental. However, Justin must’ve not done his research into the location as we immediately got harassed by the condo association of the location that we could not have our dog and that this was a written policy. We’ve been consistently watched, monitored, threatened and have had lies made up about us every since moving into this unit. After trying to reach out to Justin about this, I have had zero response. Just be weary that he will be quick to take your money but don’t expect him to know information about the location you are renting/buying. I would have never rented here if I was told the policy before hand. Especially since I asked over a dozen times if dogs and cats were allowed in the unit and was told that it was fine, and had it written into the lease. Honestly I want that fee paid back to me, ridiculous.

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Juztin Brown. From day one, he was professional, communicative, and did what was best for our family during the selling of our home. Being first-time sellers, he really helped to take the pressure off of us. Juztin is our future go-to guy! Thanks so much!
