Time To Shine Power Washing & Window Cleaning

Time To Shine Power Washing & Window Cleaning is a family-owned pressure washing and exterior cleaning company based in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, serving Fairhaven, Lakeville, New Bedford and the wider Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island area. The company says it was established in 2009 and offers house, roof, deck, concrete, window and gutter cleaning. Google reviewers rate the company a perfect 5.0 stars from 570 ratings, and it holds 4.9 stars on both Angi and HomeAdvisor. Reviews describe soft-washing houses, roofs and sheds, power washing decks, siding, fences, patios and concrete, and cleaning windows, screens and gutters, with technicians including Kyle, Brian, Andrew and Nicole named repeatedly for efficient, courteous work. A number of customers describe using the company for years — one says they've hired the crew every year for at least five years, another brings them back every two months for a stained patio, and a third has used them since 2019. Several reviews also mention careful on-site habits, like removing shoes indoors, replacing furniture and curtains exactly where they were, and protecting patio furniture during a cleaning. The record isn't entirely spotless. In a 2025 review, a customer said the company's power washing blew the seal on a $4,500 glass front door and let water into the house around the doorways, and that repeated calls to follow up went unanswered or got the runaround. A July 2026 review asked why only one side of a shared fence had been cleaned, without a clear answer given in the review itself. A separate review noted the crew arrived earlier than the customer's routine preferred, though the work itself was described as done well. For power washing, soft washing, and window and gutter cleaning around the South Coast, Time To Shine draws detailed, repeated praise by name from a large and long-running base of customers. Given the one account of damage during a job, it's worth asking in advance how the company handles pressure settings on delicate surfaces like glass and old seals.
