TLC Janitorial says it has run since 1986, growing out of a home-cleaning business founder Phyllis Gamble started in 1985 from her dining room table with a bucket and a vacuum. The company describes itself as family-founded and family-run, based in Wrentham, and today focuses on commercial and institutional cleaning — healthcare, veterinary, corporate, educational, daycare, financial and property-management facilities across Massachusetts and Rhode Island — along with janitorial supply. In October 2018, the company partnered with the nonprofit Cleaning For A Reason to donate a house cleaning to a woman with cancer, one of the few third-party accounts of its work on record.
