TM Electrical Contracting is an electrical contractor in Somerset, Massachusetts. The only detailed account on file is a serious 2024 complaint: a homeowner hired the company for electrical work after a house fire, paid $8,000 toward the job, and reported the contractor never returned to complete it. The reviewer described being pressured into unnecessary additional work, and said the work that was completed was not up to code — multiple major appliance circuits combined into a single box tied to the panel — requiring a second electrician to rewire what had been done. There is no positive account on file to balance this complaint, so it's worth treating this listing with caution and verifying licensing and references directly before hiring.
I hired Todd for electrical work after I had a fire, Todd pulled a permit, started working, he was paid $8,000 and never returned to complete the work. Tod also manipulated me into doing work that was unnecessary. I then had to hire another electrician to complete what Tod left behind. The work that Tod did complete was not up to code, he connected the microwave, refrigerator, stove, and a countertop outlet in one box, that was then connect to the panel downstairs. The new electrician had to rewire, the work Todd did complete.
