Extremely responsive and hard working, will be hiring them again!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Tocci Construction. From day one, they set a standard that exceeded anything we’ve encountered in the renovation process. Their timeliness alone deserves special mention; everything was executed with a level of precision and discipline rare in this industry. Schedules were clear, realistic, and, most importantly, consistently met. What truly sets Tocci Construction apart is their expertise and professionalism. We contracted them to complete our basement and correct issues left by a previous contractor, a situation that could have easily become stressful and complicated. Instead, Tocci Construction approached it with calm confidence, deep technical knowledge, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Issues were not minimized or overlooked; they were clearly identified and resolved properly. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, particularly given the quality of workmanship and attention to detail they delivered. Equally important, their communication and transparency were exceptional throughout the project. When something required adjustment, it was addressed openly, explained clearly, and corrected without hesitation. That level of accountability and integrity is uncommon and deeply appreciated. Every interaction was professional, respectful, and customer-focused. Communication was consistent, expectations were well managed, and the entire process felt organized and dependable from start to finish. By the end of the project, we not only had a beautifully finished basement, but also a strong sense of trust and confidence in the team behind it. We recommend Tocci Construction without hesitation. For anyone seeking a contractor who is skilled, reliable, transparent, and truly committed to delivering high-quality results, Tocci Construction is an outstanding choice.
