Toscan is a paving business whose website describes residential jobs that start with removing the old asphalt, which it says goes to a licensed recycling facility, and inspecting the base underneath. It lists Lincoln, Pawtucket and Woonsocket as its service area, and its BBB page is an A+. On Google, a recent customer who needed a new driveway and walkway with changes to the layout said Cliff came out on a Saturday, walked the area and assured them the plan would work. That customer said he showed up with the crew a few days after calling back, was right in there lugging concrete and wheelbarrowing gravel, and came back afterward to make sure they were happy. They called his prices very fair and said they have him doing their mother's driveway too. A 2023 customer said Cliff paved their residential and commercial properties, was punctual, and that each job took one day to complete.
