The company's website says it has been in business 39 years, and customers name Tom Santella as the designer and the person on site. The build stories are the heart of it. In a February 2024 Google review, a Redding homeowner said Tom answered their email while on vacation, worked through a hard time with the local Conservation Commission because the pool sat in a wetland area, and kept the project under their budget. A January 2024 customer said the crew hit a deadline that let them host a family wedding in the backyard the following weekend. In a 2020 Houzz review, a family whose yard was "built more for downhill skiing" got a pool plus usable ground that had been woods. Service customers write too.
