Totally Wicked Tile holds a 4.9-star Google average across 37 ratings, and the job one recent customer described was, in their words, a small but nasty one. A round exhaust fan in the tiled ceiling of their bathtub alcove had to be replaced with a square unit, which left gaps in the tile around it. The first tiler they contacted didn't understand the situation and the second said the gaps couldn't be tiled; after looking at a photo, the owner, Rob, said he could fix it. The customer wrote that the smaller square fan now looks like it was the only one ever there. The company's website names Central Falls, Warwick, Cranston and Newport as its service area and describes both residential and commercial tiling. A recent customer who hired Rob and his associate T-Ron for tiling work said both were very nice and courteous throughout the project. On a backsplash, a recent customer wrote that they were very happy with the job he did. A 2026 reviewer signing for Mushroom Home Improvement said they hired Rob for a walk-in shower for a client and credited his attention to detail, work effort and communication along the way.
