Fraudulent , the contractor gave me paperwork that says guaranteed for 20 years and then blocked my number and disappeared, he left work undone.

Where do I start I reached out to toughline masonry and construction and Ben responded instantly and arranged to come out and take a look that day. I had a chimney that was leaning and damaged and we just had a lot of rain and quite a lot of water was leaking in We agreed on a reasonable price and Ben and his team rebuilt my chimney the next day and prioritized my job considering the situation I was in. And all the work came with a 20 years guarantee which is a bonus. Would highly recommend these guys and will be using again. Thanks to the team you were great polite and friendly overall lifesavers
