A custom 8 x 10 chicken coop built in 2012 or 2013, moved 60 miles by the company in 2014, and still with its doors and windows square and working: that is how a May 2026 Google reviewer described what they got from Town & Country Sheds, a shed builder on North Wolcott Road in Wolcott, Vermont. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 12 ratings. An August 2026 reviewer described a huge selection of sheds on site, and wrote that a custom design is available when nothing on the lot fits. In a June 2026 review, a customer called the quality great and the price reasonable, and said that a year after delivery the company is still working with them as they add a screened porch. In a May 2023 review, a customer who had picked out a 12 by 8 foot shed for a riding mower seven years earlier went back and custom-ordered a three-stall, 12 by 36 foot shed for their horses; it was delivered on time, at what they called a very good price, and put in place by Merle. A December 2021 reviewer's custom-ordered shed arrived a week and a half earlier than the time they had been given. In a June 2022 review, the company moved a small cabin to a particular spot in the woods and, without being asked, leveled it. On Reddit, a 2025 r/vermont commenter described the Wolcott business as "Good Mennonite folks with one of those fancy trailers that'll just about drive itself," and an August 2026 commenter suggested checking them out.

Town and Country built a custom 8 x 10 chicken coop in 2012 or 2013. We moved in 2014, we brought the shed with us (they moved it 60 miles). Almost 12 years after we moved it, and with the shed 13/14 years old it is in GREAT shape and I am trying to decide whether we move it again now. Doors and windows still square and functional, everything great. Amazing quality and great people to work with.

Seven years ago, we drove to Town & Country and picked out 12 by 8 foot shed to house our riding mower. It is beautiful and still looks brand new. When we recently decided to bring our horses home to our property, we went back to Wolcott and custom ordered a three stall, 12 by 36 foot, shed. It was delivered on time, at a very good price, and expertly put in place by Merle. Who, is not only talented but also one of the most pleasant people you will meet. Throughout the process, all the staff are responsive and helpful. They make sure everything is done as you want. We highly recommend Town & Country.
