I wanted to share a great experience we recently had with Vermont Craftsmen. About 8 years ago, Rob and his team built the custom cabinetry in our kitchen. Recently, one of the glides for our double trash pull-out failed, so I reached out to see if they could help us with a replacement. He got back to us within hours. Our kitchen was well beyond the 5-year warranty, and we had only wanted a recommendation on what to purchase but without hesitation he said he would order and replace it free of charge. The very next week he scheduled a time to come replace it. We love our kitchen and it has held up incredibly. It is almost unheard of to find a company that truly stands behind their work even years later. Our next remodel will be our bathroom, and we will definitely be going with Rob as we know he will make sure we get exactly what we want. He takes the extra time to really listen to your vision. Helping you make decisions are not rushed and he’s great at helping you figure out what you want as well. He is very creative and can help you see things you had not thought of.
